Overseas orders charged at cost

Delivery to international destinations and the Channel Islands will be charged at cost. Once you place an order, we will send you an email with a delivery quote. If you are happy with the quoted delivery charge, we will accept your order including the quoted delivery charged, and process your order as normal

Oversize Parcels 

These are parcels which are more than 1.5m in length or  total more than  3 metres in length and girth (height + width x 2)

Example: a parcel 1.25m x .50m x .50m  would be a total of  3.25m

Returns Policy

If you have ordered the wrong product or just changed your mind, then you have 14 days from receipt of your order in which you can return any products for a refund or exchange. You must inform us by telephone or email before the end of this 14 day period. The products must then be despatched to us within this14 day period. To return the product must be in the original packaging and in other words, in brand new condition and not showing signs of any kind of usage.  Return postage will be at your cost. Refunds will only cover the value of the products excluding 'any original delivery costs. Exchange products may incur another delivery charge.

Items Damaged during Transit:

If an order is received with obvious damage to the packaging and it is a signed delivery then please sign for the package as being received in a damaged condition pending inspection.  If upon subsequent inspection you find that a product is actually damaged then please contact us immediately and we will then authorise a return if necessary.  We will not accept returns purely for damage to packaging. Please note that any damaged packaging must be retained in case of a claim against the carrier. 

Faulty Products

If goods are returned as faulty, generally we will provide a replacement. If the replacement is not available then the refund will be issued.The faulty item needs return to us before issuing a replacement.To return the product must be in the original packaging.
